Analysis, Negotiation and Technology
"I've developed my business based on the standards I would expect in a realtor," Christie explains. "I would expect up-to-the-minute market knowledge, the ability to analyze raw data and great communication."
Recognizing the importance of responsiveness and thorough market research to her clients, Christie incorporates the latest wireless technology in her business practice. "In choice Houston neighborhoods, we are experiencing low inventory and buyers waiting for the right opportunity," Christie explains, "Constant access to the latest information gives me the ability to identify fresh opportunities as they arise for my clients. Then, together we can respond quickly to those opportunities."
Thanks to her technology background and court room experience, Christie has top-notch expertise in analysis, negotiation and the use of innovative technology. Topping off her qualifications is her degree in business management. While working on her MBA, Christie has taken several graduate courses in negotiation and mediation.
